However, with TikTok Music, the platform is venturing into uncharted territory by entering the realm of music streaming services. Now, beta testers have the opportunity to gain a first glimpse of the new streaming experience.

TikTok Music Beta is an early version of the TikTok Music app. As this is a beta version, connection problems may occasionally occur. Nevertheless, it already comes with many advantages: users who sign up for the app as beta testers get early access to new releases before they are released to everyone else. As a beta user, one can provide valuable feedback to identify problems and help the technology company optimize the app. However, TikTok is only gradually adding new testers to the beta version and will inform users on a waiting list as soon as more TikTok Music beta users can be welcomed.

TikTok told the press that users can sync the subscription-only service with their existing TikTok accounts to listen, download and share songs. TikTok Music offers a variety of features, including personalized recommendations, collaborative playlists, and the ability to search for music based on lyrics. The service will include songs from major music labels, which can be downloaded offline.
