Most esomies currently work remotely. We understand that all employees are doing their best – from the office, home, or any other location. At the same time, we know that life circumstances change, and flexible working conditions help us adapt to the “new normal.” That’s why we want to continue to make working at esome as flexible as possible. It is up to all esomies – depending on certain conditions – to decide on their working hours as well as location, ensuring that neither their work nor the team suffers from it. Nevertheless, it is important to us that the individual teams meet regularly. The exact form of this is left up to the teams themselves.
